Strong is a personal fitness app intended for healthy adults. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial fitness purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the app.
Strong provides general fitness programming for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
You assume full responsibility for your use of the app and any physical activity you undertake as a result. Stop exercising and seek medical attention immediately if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, dizziness, or sharp joint pain.
Strong is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the fitness programming will achieve any particular result. Individual results vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MKZ Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Strong, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the app is to stop using it.
All workout data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect, access, or control your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you enable Apple Health integration, Strong writes workout data to your Health app. Your use of Apple Health is governed by Apple's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are separate from these Terms.
Strong is currently free to use. If in-app purchases or subscriptions are introduced in the future, additional terms will apply and will be clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's payment terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
